I was delighted when asked if I wanted to co-own this Destin kid out of his first litter with the Whitney's and Julie Kielts, that was a no brainer, I immediately said YES!
Goose is a sweet puppy who is very laid back and easy going, it has been said that it is as if he is an old soul living in a puppy body. But not so much that he can't turn it on in the ring to grab the eye of the judge. Goose proved this by going Best in Sweepstakes out of the 9-12 puppy sweeps class at the Everglades specialty under respected breeder Linda Willard. Of course we are over the top with this win and so happy to know others think as much of our Goose as we do.
Goose took a break from the show ring to do what Goldens were originally bred to do, retrieve birds. And this guy can do it with the best! Goose has 2 legs towards his Junior Hunter title accomplished in just one weekend. We were so pleased to hear that Goose was just about flawless during his hunt tests.
